My name is K.C., and I’m the proud owner of Fur Baby Comfort & Care, a professional pet sitting business that prides itself on providing peace of mind to Fur Baby owners. Eight years ago, I started this business after experiencing firsthand what it feels like to question the care your own fur babies are receiving. That experience opened my eyes to the gap between what pet parents are promised and what actually happens behind closed doors. What started with just three Pet Care Specialists has grown into an incredible team of 20+ people, but my “why” has never changed: providing the transparency, communication, quality care, and peace of mind every fur baby deserves. I’ll be the first to admit I’m particular about pet care. I ask a million questions, double-check everything, and notice the little things. I’d rather care “too much” than not enough. Although much of my job happens behind the scenes, I still LOVE being hands-on with the animals. And yes, I tell just about every fur baby that I love them and to have a good day when I leave their home. Behind the business is a real person, too. I value balance, boundaries, and being seen as K.C., not just the face of a company. I’m incredibly grateful for the clients, fur babies, and team members who have been part of this journey. Eight years in, I’m still learning, growing, and wearing one too many hats! A little about me outside of Fur Baby: I’m passionate about golf, always working to improve both physically and mentally. I’m also an avid reader (3–4 books a month!) and prioritize living a healthy lifestyle. I can’t wait to get to know you and welcome you to the Fur Baby family!
