Sara Burza (Pet Care Specialist)

My name is Sara, and I am a Pet Care Specialist with Fur Baby Comfort & Care, a professional pet sitting business that prides itself on providing peace of mind to Fur Baby owners. Growing up, I was always surrounded by animals, including dogs, cats, horses, and the occasional reptile! I recently graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. Over the past four years, my love for dogs has especially grown. I became involved with the MSU Leader Dog Club, eventually joining the executive board and proudly serving as the 2024–2025 president. As of 2025, I’ve raised two Future Leader Dog (FLD) puppies for Leader Dogs for the Blind. My first FLD puppy, Loki, was career-changed to become a breeding stock dog — and I now have the pleasure of hosting him, with hopes of adopting him once he retires! Through my experiences, I’ve worked with a wide variety of breeds, species, and temperaments. I’m experienced in administering medication, maintaining daily routines, and building trust with more timid pets. At Fur Baby Comfort & Care, I look forward to providing a personalized, loving experience for every furry — or scaly — friend I meet. I’m committed to treating your pet like my own and love providing detailed updates with fun pictures and videos. In my free time, you’ll find me walking with Loki and testing out new enrichment ideas to keep him entertained and happy. I look forward to meeting every new friend, whether shy or outgoing, and providing them with a safe, loving, and fun experience.
